What it governs

• Crossbows come late: smithed limbs and a trigger, gated by discovery, not level.

What happens today

Citizens cut wood into shafts with a sharp stone, then make arrows, javelins and bows.

The order it goes in

Two chains. The bowstring is a three-skill recipe.

1. Arrows: shafts cut from logs with a knife.Charter, Part IV — Production group
2. Then feathers, from Hunter.
3. Then heads.
4. Bows: a stave.
5. Then a bowstring of spun flax, or of sinew.
6. Then the bow.
